Hotel vice roy

I had got this hotel booked via one of my local friends. On reaching the hotel directly from the airport, I was helped with my luggage by the housekeeping staff. Also, I was served tea on entry. The room was more or less okay, except for a crack in the window through which cold wind was entering. A staff-member came and sealed the crack.
