The service was extremely slow. Furthermore, even though it arrived late, the food was cold. You really need to focus on improving your service.

We tried restaurant only. Food was not good. Ambience was nice. Service was also OK types

Actually it is our fav go to place for each occassion. But first time not satisfied with service. No moctail available from menu. Order serving was not good. Pizza "Kalinga Special" was cold and tasteless.

1st july... im just coming bak from the restaurant. |1 star only for the food ! |1. The manager. (If he is, the fair brat with minimal eyelashes) Rude as hell. He had his personal guests to come and he bothered only about them . While we were kept on wait.. 15 min as per them. But we had to wait for 45 min. No issues with the waiting though bit the way he illtreated us was really not good|(P.S. we are doctors and came there to celebrate doctors day. N wen i told him we are from PGI he said "bahut achi baat hai " very rudely as if we were some subordinate working under him)|So ironical.. being treated by a person(cant say even if he has passed his 12th standard) like this on doctor's day! |2. At the table. No napkins or tissues offered. |No spoons. |And at last, not even a fingerbowl. And the answer we get is "sunday hai na isliye"|What rubbish! Sunday nhi manage hota to band rakho apna resto sunday ko| This was still manageable somehow. But i will never forget the behaviour of that manager . |This was not my first visit to kalinga. But definitely it will be my last. |N i guarantee you. No other doctor from my department atleast will visit your restaurant |This one visit has changed my views about u guys. ||And i knw, no action will be taken.

I ordered a biryani from Kalinga and found a cockroach in the biryani. I am a regular customer at this outlet, and when I let them know about this incident they didn't pay much attention. Didn't expect this from a renowned place. Horrible Experience!!
