Hotel O Vivaan Residency

Rooms are cheap and no hygiene maintained no utilities even no fresh drinking water provided. I booked through OYO first they show me very cheap room then I asked for better one then they charged extra amount but the room was of same condition. I recommend not to book this hotel if you want clean and hygienic rooms.

Very very Bad & Worst experience faced by me and my family. The Hotel manager demanded you double money Moreover he is not willing to entertain you through Oyo booking app. Rooms are also very Poor. This Hotel experience is very bad. We really feel so much difficulty. First they will charge you extra and say that they normally don't accept booking from Oyo. Then they will give you non ac room and charge you extra to upgrade to ac room. Oyo app representatives are not able to do anything. Koi bhul kar bhi Vivaan Residency mei booking mat karwana.

Their room doors are made of glass, which hotel does that. Sound can easily go in and out from the ample space between glass door and wall. Even someone can look inside your room from that space. Pathetic hotel.

Demanding more money than what was booked through the app and giving a normal room instead of AC room, that too dirty, where you cannot even sit.. Do not be afraid of going to Oyo and if you demand more money, you will face police or Complain in consumer court🙏

Price on Oyo was 800 and they charge 1100 on check in time,very bad service disappointed in Oyo.

Very shady room with no window and translucent door, geezer was not there but promised and mattress needed replacement.

I think I have stayed allover Rohtak but This Vivaan hotel was very nice and comfortable, Everything was managed cleaning, and everyone was more helpful ,and the last thing food was delicious 😋
