Poor Service... Ac not working... Bath tab not working.. flush not working... Even not neat and clean 👎... Overall zero hotel.. Dhramsala is very best against of this hotel..

Poor services. AC is not working. They gave me 2nd room. AC is not working of 2nd room. I managed my self for a night. Pathetic services. There is bad smell in hotel. No cleanness. Do not book this hotel.also I gave order of food. They sent other food. Charged high. Save yourself from this type of bad hotel.

One of the best hotel in Rohtak beautiful room and beautiful service and excellent food reception boys and girls very good nice behaviour and nice conversation skills

Hotel had some good points and some bad points. On the positive side, it was located in the center of the city, so it was easy to get around. The food was also very tasty, and I liked the veg thali a lot, except for the rice which was too plain. The deluxe room had all the amenities I needed, like toiletries and shoe shiner, but it was very small. The room service was prompt and courteous. The breakfast buffet had a lot of healthy options as well. The hotel also had a parking space in the basement and a working lift. On the negative side, the room I stayed in had some problems. There was dampness on the walls and the ceiling, and there were stains everywhere. The room didn't look very clean. The geyser was not working, so I couldn't take a hot shower. The cupboard for clothes was clean, but that was about it. I think the hotel should pay more attention to their hygiene and maintenance standards.

This is nice hotel with good connectivity near Rohtak with economic room tariff. The budget friendly rooms are near and clean with basic amenities. However, the wash room is larger with respect to the room size. I have stayed in the club room which was comparatively larger and better than the delux rooms. It has geyser in the washroom and room heater as well in the room. The no. charger points should be improved. The staff behaviour is cordial but needs to be more professional. The food quality is quite good and pocket friendly. Leaf time of serving is also not bad. The elevator is a bit far from the reception which needs to be reached through stairs. Check in and check out could be smoother.the breakfast is good but should be accompanied by more varieties looking at the point of view of different geographic locations.

The location is central in this small town. We booked a double room through online service provider. When we arrived the room was so small that there was no space to keep both luggage. We decided to take one extra room . The bath room was average clean and there was problem with hot water during this winter month. They got luke warm water in a bucket which was as good as cold. ||The food was ok and room service was good. ||There is no same day or even next day laundry service.

Worst experience ever. Arrange my brother marriage and management is worst. Lift is pathateic. Self service only, waiter does not come at seat. No room service available. Hygiene and cleaning is never consider by them in whole function. We booked for morning to night function but they never clean area. Where groom and bride sits there is no fan or AC. In this hot weather, they bath with there sweat. Big no to this palace
