nice place .. old property and room views are good but room in old style.. Veg food is superb and don't take non veg from there. if you want nonveg food then buy it from somewhere else

This hotel is just near the entry side of the Royal Summer Palace, located in hills, presents a good view of lower hills covered with tall trees. The morning view is awesome as seen from the room window. Very good service, the staff is cooperative. The owner mam is very courteous. We enjoyed our stay here.

We went to Chail for a long weekend during summers. Chail was cold and beautiful. The Hotel Chain Inn, is located at the right location in Chail. I saw a lot of hotels on the way, but this and another hotel located next to it are at the best locations, if you plan on walking around the beautiful Chail Disctrict. It is around 2 to 3 kms walk from the Chail palace and quite close to the market.||The staff is very friendly and the food is delicious.||The rooms have a nice view of luscious green trees all around. The room was quite clean and spacious with wooden flooring and had a small pretty balcony. It's good for your pockets and a comfortable stay. ||They have free wifi, which works only in the reception area.||Tip when searching for location : This hotel is located after the Chail market.

I recently con our leadership workshop at this great hotel and my all team from different states was highly impressed by the food, service, staff, rooms, and the owner of the hotel and we feel like a special guests in the family of hotel owner. We will definitely go there again again and again.

A home away from home every thing location, service,food quality is up to the mark.stay here wid family 4th to 6th Jan 2020. Staff is very helpful n polite. Parking space is very safe. Thanks everyone staff n owner for make our stay confertable.

It was an average stay. Food was just average in taste but prices were so high as compare to other stays. Bed mattress were not comfortable. I would suggest one day stay at the hotel.

Nice weather, .... Only I purchase some eatable items.. cooperative staff... I am not stay here. But try for next time.. I stayed at RMS Guest House.. For five days.. Keep it up
