OYO 4751 Hotel Akashdeep

I went alone first time and I was feeling little bit insecure but it was one of the best time of my lifetime. This hotel is very safe and on very good location. Hotel staff is friendly and very respectful. I stay there like almost a week and I enjoyed very much. My all fears were gone and I felt very secured in this hotel. They have very good food in their hotel. One thing is bad the WiFi connection was very slow, some time unreachable. Still it is very economical and safe hotel. I enjoyed staying there.

Didn't like their hospitality, room's quality and it's food. We reached in hotel at 10 AM and by knowing and understanding the fact that our check-in will be at 12 pm or a bit earlier we asked for a cup of tea but they said it will chargeable. Atleast every hotel provides a cup of tea to its guest as complimentary service. There balconies were not maintained properly because of some water leakage from terrace. On the next day even their breakfast was not properly managed, the parathas was insufficiently served and toasted breads were kept in a container which were not even hot for spreading butter over it and consumption, for this also they should had kept a electric toaster over there so that one who needs bread he/she could have kept their bread in toaster.

It's a decent hotel with basic amenities near bhagsunag temple and waterfall. We had the rooms overlooking the mountains with balconies. Everything was located close enough so start was easy. Customer service is not natural to the staff but once you discuss they will help you. For the price, it's a good stay. Room service was also good. Only complain, rooms are not sound proof.

Hotel is clean and quiet. Everything works very well, Rooms and bathrooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is decent, however dinner has much more diverse variety. The total aura of the place is mesmerizing. Heavily recommended. Room was not big but overall great experiance

Upon arrival, the staff on reception seemed as if they weren't expecting us, shocked almost. We were given the keys to our room without any further information about the restuarant etc. I had to ask for more towels, which were dirty, the bed sheets had holes in and the wardrobe space was taken up by some kind of ripped duvet. The staff weren't friendly at all apart from presumably the owner who we saw occasionally. We stayed for 15 nights and regret how much we paid for our stay. The room was nice enough with a breath-taking view on the balcony. However, we had to ask when we wanted our bed sheets to be changed and for fresh towels. We felt more of an inconveinance than welcome guests.

An average hotel if someone is looking for a budget friendly stay. View from the room balcony is awesome but amenities are not so good. Hot water is not easily available as they use solar geysers which takes time.

This was 2nd time I stayed in this hotel. Overall it was a good experience. Rooms and room-service both are good. I specially enjoined the breakfast which was served on the terrace. Customers are also have option to have their breakfast in their rooms or in the restaurant. Small car parking is also their and both the times I got my car parked their. Location is also good near Bhagsunag Temple.

Rooms and bathrooms are clean but no power backup in hotel and there is powecut every day in McLeod ganj. Hotel service is also very bad as staff dont care much about customers on asking they neither provide tea on time nor dustbin and tv remote. They have no idea about local taxis as well. The view from room is of garbage so you cant open your windows. Only one room has good view on ground floor. All other rooms are in basement
