Very very good service provided by the management and the room is also very well kept. The food was yum, liked it! 😋 The whole crew is very humble, they make you feel at home. Overall, one of the best places in Dharmshala to stay. If you are planning a vacation with your friends and family, I recommend you to stay here. Thank you for the best service!

A nice place to stay. Very good management and service by the staff. It is nearby to all the sightseeing places here in Dharamshala. It is located at the top of a hill, so it will always be cooler. Liked this place very much.

We stayed in this hotel with my husband. The hotel has a great prime location and very accessible to the shops. The rooms and toilet are very clean. The views from our room was breathtaking and balcony is very spacious, perfect place to have our coffee in the morning. We felt safe staying here and it was really a peaceful area. The staff are wonderful, they very helpful and welcoming. We are very pleased with our stay and looking forward again to stay in this hotel when we visit Bhagsu Na. Thank you so much for the amazing hospitality.

We visited this hotel to spend a weekend and chill. The rooms are good. Reception services, room service, in room dining, house keeping are all excellent. Very well trained and responsive staff. Excellent service too. The lounge area outside was also very cool, lovely view in the evenings overlooking the hills. Great location, really pleasant but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

I had a wonderful experience at the Hotel Kumar Residency. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The rooftop restaurant is also exceptional. The atmosphere and service were great. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bhagsu nag. Walking distance to everything. Great location.
