Hotel OM Palace

Om Palace Dharamshala has been a pleasant experience. The rooms were beautiful and spotless. The only thing that can be improved is their room service. They don't keep any facial tissue in the room, so either you're left with toilet paper , or you have to keep asking housekeeping. Other than that, we had a good time here, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They always greet you with a smile and try to assist you with everything. Overall, it was a great experience. Rooms: The rooms were absolutely delightful. They were clean, spacious, and lovely decor with a spectacular view. All the furniture were well organized and maintained. Food & drinks: In terms of food, the breakfast was good. For a South Asian, the flavors are alright. Most of the items are vegetarian though, however when they saw we were having a bit trouble finishing our meal with only veg items, they were nice enough to provide a non-veg ( chicken) curry. Tea and coffee were alright.

The hotel was very decent and nearby to the Waterfall. The staff were very well mannered and hospitable. The location is also very scenic, and beautiful and the connectivity is also very good. Mall road was 2 KM approx distance from the hotel. The food was tasty and affordable. We enjoyed staying at this hotel peacefully.

Booked a room at last moment, this hotel has everything except in the room however things went well. manager and staff were very polite. Overall experience was fine . Food also fresh and tasty.

Me and my husband visited Dharamshala for our honeymoon. we stayed at Hotel Om Palace Dharamshala. The hotel is neat and clean and the food quality and the taste were also yummy. They decorated the room for us very pretty. Must Recommend

This is the third time we enjoyed a stay with Om Palace. Every time we are delighted with the hospitality of Om Palace. Specially Jeevan ji is a very kind person. Very good property and the staff is like a family. I will recommend to visit with no worry.
