Hotel Fontana

I recently stayed here, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room I stayed in was quite spacious, with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the Bhagsunag temple. The serene surroundings made it a peaceful place to stay. However, there were a few drawbacks to note. Firstly, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom left something to be desired. Additionally, there seemed to be a lack of availability of staff at the reception. Despite the ongoing renovation in the hotel, it would have been better to have someone readily available to attend to guests' needs. Furthermore, the telephone in my room was not functioning, which meant I had to wander around the gallery to find assistance. Regarding the food, it was average. While it wasn't exceptional, it provided a decent dining option. With some basic improvements and perhaps after the completion of their renovation, the hotel has the potential to be even better. I hope the management takes these points into consideration to enhance the overall guest experience in the future.

This hotel manager is fraudster. They have cancelled our booking without any notice. We have asked him the reason but they are unable to give any reason. We have to suffer because of them. Please check before booking you may have to face problems.

I have stayed here for one night and it was a good experience. They have provided dinner after checking in late. The dinner is great. The rooms were cleaned. They have a terrace with temple view. It is very peaceful stay with Hotel Fontana. The Manager and staff are so cooperative they help us with the luggage as well.

I have come here with the family. We have checked in around midnight and they helped us with the luggage and even provided us dinner on special request. The rooms were cleaned and fresh beddings. The manager and staff is so cooperative and helpful provide Excellent service. I would recommend this for family group.

Beautiful room. Right next to Bhagsunag Temple. Very helpful staff. Sunil Sharma Bhai was excellent in providing service and help. Rooms are super clean. And with amazing views.

Agr ap car par ja rhe o then beawre road is very narrow and very steap over all very near to market budget friendly hotel room not too clean nor too dirty this is a avg. Hotel dnt expect too much.
