My stay in this hotel yesterday night very good I never forget my stay in hotel triund heights everything is very good staff behaviour rooms cleaning. When I come again I always book that hotel

Nice and decent hotel loaction of hotel is nice which gives excellent view of mountains food quality is good staff is cooperative enjoyed our stay we stayed for 2 nights though it was rainy season we enjoyed rainy weather from balcony with a cup of tea n fritters love to visit again

Avoid this place at any cost. The room had insects flying, regulator not working and the towels were with holes in them. In the morning hot water on tap is irregular. We had to ask for hot water bucket; they brought muddy hot water after 20 minutes. Imagine this, when your child is waiting for a bath!|The occupancy, even in the middle of the season, was so low that they had cancelled the buffet. The breakfast was a pathetic spread just to complete formality. |This is a poor place. Please spend your money somewhere else.

We come meclodganj with friends we bookes the hotel and we request to checkout early they can not give to check out we book 8 premium rooms they can give 2 delux room and then we can tell them to set matress in room and they can't do even the can not ask to set matress and in checkout time they add the price of matress of 500 we can pay 2000 rupees to him and then two person pay amount of primium room but they can stay in delux room

Worst experience to be honest. The rooms are first of all very small but that is fine to some extent. The heater in the room was not working. The Glassdoor in the bathroom was broken. Hot water was not available for a minute. Services was very poor. The guy was arrogant. The lift made such a noise that you could here it behind the closed doors. It was disturbing the sleep. The only thing that was better was the food.

The hotel was very good, room service and staff's behavior was very good, cleanliness and location was very good. Really enjoyed staying for 2 days....thank you Hotel Triund heights..

We stayed in this hotel with friend stay was excellent we saw some snow fall also great ambience staff was very polite n helpful good food we had lemon chicken and chicken cutlet that was awesome great stuff we also had home chicken with chapati overall it was a wonderful stay tnx to hotel staff ........||||||Will visit again ||||Great hotel

The worst experience. The reviews are quite helpful to understand the service provided. It’s extremely pathetic. The same person is serving food who is repair electricals and the same person is room service. One person is doing ten department jobs. The lift makes horrible noise. Doesn’t have any speed and gets stuck in between.The rooms have a generator sound whole night no sleep. The food is ok but they do not have it ready in such a sick climate. You literally have to wait for an hour to eat. The bed is broken. There are torn and oil stains bedsheet placed. The quilt cover is dirty. Hot water takes time everywhere but this hotel is ridiculous when it comes to cleanliness. No room freshness. No tissues in bathroom. No glasses in room.The Tv doesn’t work. When I changed the room they gave me a room where the sight view is a construction building. This hotel is marked as a luxury hotel. It’s not even close to a normal hotel where at least the basics are good. Do not ever book this one. The person at the reception is too rude in behaviour and appearance.
