When we first checked in, we were given a room on the third floor with a balcony, but it didn’t feel quite suitable for a family stay. It seemed more like a quirky/cheesy honeymoon suite which called for an immediate room change. After our request for a room change was initially denied, it wasn’t until we spoke to our agent and considered moving to another property that we were finally moved to a much more comfortable and elegant room, which we truly appreciated as it finally felt comfortable to stay with a 3 year old kid. The food was excellent, and the restaurant staff and the receptionists were exceptionally friendly and polite. The view from the balcony left us awestruck. Overall, it was a good experience, though the property does seem to need some maintenance, which we noticed was gradually being addressed.

We stayed here for 3 nights & it was excellent. View out side the window is realy refreshing in the morning. The staff behavior is appreaciable & fast. Note just one point that if you are traveling with a driver, the breakfast & Lunch are not included for the driver, but the room is. 🙂

Best stay! Great hospitality! Rooms were huge and they gave me free upgrade to suite room. Our checkout was early in the morning so they even agreed to give dinner in replacement of breakfast. Special thanks to Mr. Ashu (F&B) for quick arrangements. Highly recommended.

Very prompt and personalized service. I was a member of 26 guests from Yoga group from Delhi. We all enjoyed our stay especially the bone fire. The entire staff was co operative. Food was also excellent. Thank you DLS
