OYO 1154 The Castle

Hotel is centrally located at Bhagsunag. Nice landscaping of greens around hotel. Very aesthetically designed/maintained. Staff is very courteous and helpful. .Vegetarian food and Non vegetarian food also available on cheap rate & very tasty and pure. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. In terms of facilities and hospitality.

Its been the second time I visited the place. The conditions have been worse. Untrained staff seems to be present to oblige you. Rent is very decent (may be due to oyo label). But the service is below at par, more like a double bogey. The location is very much at the centre of everything with decent parking space. They don't have a kitchen of their own (so was in my previous experience). Rest is like a compromise with the conditions because of decent room charges even in the running season.

The hotel is located very close to Bhagsunag Taxi stand, and approachable through main road. However, their parking (which is free) is 50 mts. below the main road, and any experienced driver can park there. They have decent, fairly priced rooms. Rooms are spacious & maintained, with balconies, toilets are okayish, & they have geysers & wifi. The staff was cooperative & our overall stay was pleasant.

Stayed in The Castle Morex Hotels in the Second Week of July 2022 . It was pleasantly surprised by the warmth of the staff, cleanliness of the Mountain Facing rooms , and amenities offered in the room that were on par with any 4 star property . The food was also very good and the service provided by the staff was very friendly. Will definitely recommend any family travelers to stay in the Castle Bhagsunag near to Mecleodganj .||Cleanliness of the room and the ambience relived us of all the accumulated tiredness of the road trip from chandigarh to dharamshala.Will definitely be visiting this place again.

Good, quiet location. Vehicle access is a bit tough. Rooms are clean and so is the linen. Complimentary breakfast is excellent, and so is the food quality. Has good view from the rooms. Overall, recommended to stay; better than other hotels nearby.

Best service in town and the chef of the hotel is amazing . enjoy free breakfast if you have booked through oyo rooms. has the valley view from your balcony. bagsunag temple is 500m away and the watefall is 2km away. this hotel is in the center of the market so no issue of food and tranportation as well. Hotel staff is great and you will find it the best. book this hotel. you will enjoy it.

value for money hotel but the location is not so good. Actually it's good only considering Bhagsu waterfalls but for everything else it's bit far from main market of Mcledogunj. Although buses run every half an hour but if you are getting late you gotta pay autowallah ₹100 for a 2km ride. Overall average. Rooms are okayy

Hotel was good, being an Oyo property it had all major facilities available. Nice hotel in budget category. Few cons- 1. Bed sheets and pillows, blankets not very clean 2. No room heater facility for winters.
