Dharamkot Inn

Room was dirty (hair left in the shower and toilet, floor was dirty, sheets was smelly) we asked them to clean twice but they refused to do it. We asked them to change the sheets because it was smelly, they argued with us and claimed it was clean. Tv didn’t work and the shower handle was broken, Wifi didn’t work also. They take 2500 rs for a night and the price is unjustified. Very unpleasant experience. We recommend lots of other places in Dharamkot that gives good service and good value for the money you pay.

Visited this place with a couple of friends. The room was good, had a TV and other basic things. Beds & washroom was pretty clean. There was a dedicated balcony with a decent view. Best part was the location. A couple of good cafes (Trek & Dine, Moon Light Cafe, Morgan's Cafe, etc.) are at a stone throw's distance. The hotel also has a dedicated parking which can be a big problem over weekends.||||However, the only downer was the noise due to the construction in the neighbourhood. Despite the location being faraway from the noisy neighbourhood of McLeodganj, this noise killed are stay during the day and early morning sleep. ||||A little line of caution for those who want to stay and enjoy the commercial charm of Mcleodganj, this place is half an hour walk or 10 mins drive away.||||Overall, it was a good deal and a decent stay. Hoping that the construction around has stopped when if and when we visit them next.

There were holes in all the blankets provided. When asked for a replacement, they said they were fully booked and no other option was there. There was no kettle in the room for hot drinking water. There was no phone in the room to call reception or room service had to climb 2 flights of stairs in freezing cold just to get drinking water to the room. When asked for a heater as it was a big deluxe room and it was too cold to sleep, they denied it. On request, they gave one heater for 200/a night and that didn't even work. The extra cot provided was on the floor in minus temperatures at night. There were power outages and we had to sit in the dark till the power came back. Postpone your trip, or find some other place… but DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY WITH CHILDREN AND ELDERS HERE. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

Firstly I will recommend all to visit Dharamkot if you happen to go Mcloedganj. It worth spending some time in this beautiful serene town.||Coming to this point. Fairly priced products, booz is over priced though in this hotel. They have a huge courtyard to njoy the mountains aft sunset. Room is clean , extremely warm water available all day. |Food in the cafes around gives a wide range of international cuisine. Cigarettes available on mrp around 😃||Beautiful ambience of the town. Trek to Triund is a amazing experience even if u go halfway. ||Must try experience from Mcloedganj.

Very comfortable, spacious place at an affordable price when traveling more than one person. Right at the beginning of the village so getting it to the rest of the places is easy. The only difficulty is that you have to pay by cash or PayTM when it works. I suggest you carry sufficient cash if you are staying for more than a couple of days.

Very beautiful place, the rooms are fabulous. Cleanliness, hygiene, spacious, cost friendly, staff behaviours, ambience, it's all fantastic. Would love to visit here again and recommend to everyone.
