* Amazing ambience around the hotel Cozy and comfy rooms * We took 1 room which consisted of 4 beds @1400/- per day * It was very comfortable and too much spacious. * Washroom was common having 2 doors each from both the bedrooms * Actually it was connected through a passage and i would suggest for 4 people. * View from the window was mesmerizing at the morning. *Only issue i found here that staircase was very steep, old age people might find it difficult. Although hand rails are there but still it is of concern for some. * Attaching some pics of the same.

This is the most affordable hotel around here. staff is very humble and available all the time. 4 car parking space. Most important thing washrooms are neat and clean. balcony view is mesmerising. All time running hot water. Recommended to everyone.

Food was good. There were rats in the room. We informed the hotel staff about the issue but no head was paid to our complaints. The complimentary water which is usually provided with every room was not provided over here. The telephone extensions of the hotel room were not working and no card facility was provided despite having a card machine. We were informed that the car machine is damaged and will be repaired but while checking out we were told to pay in cash and card transactions was declined.

Hotel is good but owner And staff are very rude. First of all if you have booked this hotel through oyo, goibibo or make my trip or whatever. They will not accepted their price money and defenetley they will not let you check in. Then they will ask you to call oyo or goibiobo or other applications customer carer for upgrade their price money for rooms. At the end if it is too late than u will not have any option to get another hotel. This is a new style of this hotel's owner to make money. So please dont book this hotel. Food was good but staff was very very rude. Food price was very high. Also if they include breakfast as a complimentary with your room than u will have only one option toast bread everyday. So please be carefull before book this hotel.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was cooperative, friendly and helpful. The hotel is located at a walking distance from Dharamshala main market. It also have parking space in front of hotel. In house Resturant is also available

The rooms here are good and the staff is cooperative and quick. The only thing lagging a bit is food taste. Not saying its bad or anything but it's okay. I liked the fact that their staff was quite responsive.

Cons: Chunks of hairs were present in Almari shelf. Bedsheets n towels never replaced during my two day stay. Room was never cleaned. Lock system of room was pathetic. Food plates and utensils never taken back on same day once food was done after asking for same. Owner of the hotel was not generous. Pros: Location of hotel is good. View from balcony is also good.
