HOTEL BLISS VALLEY - HOTEL IN DHARAMSHALA

I stayed in a balcony room at Hotel Bliss Valley, and the view was absolutely stunning! Waking up to the mountains and fresh air was the highlight of my trip. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It’s in a peaceful location, yet close to all the main spots in Dharamsala. If you're looking for a calm, scenic place to unwind, I highly recommend this hotel!

Staff was very helpful showed us around in the rooms and upgrade the room too. Booked our taxi and they planned our trip according to our needs. Location is perfect room is nice and clean and food was so yummy in their restaurant. They welcome guest so nicely. Perfect for family and location is great free parking very comfortable stay.

From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. The staff’s dedication to making guests comfortable is commendable! The staff at Bliss Valley Hotel treated us like family. Their warm smiles and prompt service made our trip even better.

We booked 4 rooms. We reached late when we asked to change the bedding as it was stained Madam Suresh ji literally shouted on one of our companion. Later they served dinner so late we hardly couldn’t eat. Food taste was good. While checkout in the morning when we asked for breakfast Suresh ji asked to wait because some guest were there when she cannot handle multiple guest at a time them what kind of management she is doing. Rooms need renovation washroom condition was not so good and room cleaning is also not satisfactory.|Last and most important while check-in Suresh ji asked for ID and after that she didn’t return the same and we also forget to take when we reached back at home we noticed ID was missing then we called her Suresh ji told yes it was there only and she forget to give back and this lady not even bothered to give call that we have left our ID card very unprofessional n careless behaviour. So please while check-in please keep all these points in mind.

To our surprise, the hotel generously upgraded our room, which made our experience even more special. The upgraded room was spacious, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. The service at Hotel Bliss Valley was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to cater to our needs. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist made us feel truly valued as guests. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we highly recommend Hotel Bliss Valley to anyone visiting Dharamshala. If you’re looking for breathtaking views, excellent service, and a comfortable stay, this is the place to be!

It was a very fantastic experience of mine here. The food was delicious and the rooms were cosy too specially the view from the window was awesome of the whole dharamshala .
