Terrible experience – Not worth your money I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. It felt like they had no interest in doing their job. When we asked for a jug of water, instead of bringing it, the staff told us to go get it ourselves. That’s not the kind of behavior you expect when you're paying to stay somewhere. The bedsheets had a terrible smell, clearly unwashed and unhygienic. At the time of check-in, we had asked if we could leave our bags at the reception while we went on the Triund trek. The staff agreed and said it would be free. But later, they started demanding ₹200, which felt dishonest and forceful. The room itself was poorly maintained — the switchboards weren’t working, the TV wouldn’t turn on, and there were insects crawling around. Cleanliness and basic upkeep were clearly lacking. And one more thing — if you're charging ₹1000 for a room, that doesn't mean you can ignore the basics. These are not luxury expectations. Clean bedding, drinking water, working facilities, and respectful service are minimum requirements for any hotel. The owner seriously needs to train the staff in customer service. They don’t accept feedback, don’t take responsibility for issues, and instead argue with guests. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this place if you care about comfort, hygiene, and respectful treatment.

Great views. Close to city center and all amenities. Clean spacious rooms with 2 double beds. Excellent staff, very helpful. They go out of their way to help their customers. Room service is also great. You can order food at almost anytime. My overall experience at this place is a 10 star.

We stayed here for 5-6 days. I attended my 2 days office work from here so i would suggest not to rely on their WiFi, even though wifi is available, it isn't great. Besides that, everything else is good. It's a budget friendly hotels with decent service. The things I was most impressed about was room cleaning service. The lady responsible for cleaning service was way too good... Like she cleaned the room well, arranged the things at right places, folded all our clothes which were scattered all over the bed and chairs. That was great. The staff here is quite helpful. Even the food is quite decent. So overall, i would say it is a very nice place to stay for your holiday with nice mountain view from the common balcony.

Very nice to stay.... All staffs were very friendly and helpful.... They booked our all tours at reasonable price.... Rooms were very large, quite comfortable, and view was amazing.

The hotel is close to the main market, and is quite affordable as compared to other properties in the area. The rooms are spacious and i would recommend the ones with a balcony, as the view is awesome. Room service is also very efficient. I'm attaching pics of the vew from the balcony.

RUDE BEHAVIOR IS ALSO PART OF YOUR SERVICE - SMELLY BLANKETS - UNSAFE environment for women's what about that. 700rs you charged extra because we came little early and we paid 1300rs per day, according to your room and services you should charge 500rs The owner of the hotel was very very rude, and arrogant He charged extra 700rs because we checked in little early, he said if you don’t want to pay stand outside of the hotel and come back at check in time, earlier he was asking 1000rs but we negotiated it. I stayed here because i got this hotel online and i payed online, and he was not giving us any refund I would not recommend to stay in this hotel Had a very bad experience He didn’t even provide us with any soap or bath towel Rooms was also not up to date to the price Washroom was not clean The WiFi never worked in my 5 days stay Don’t stay here please🙏🏼

The rooms are little messy but the view is very nice so I can compromise with that.also there are monkeys so keep your balcony shut in night or when leaving the room . This room is not fancy but it will do.on Saturday and Sunday there is a live concert type thing so at night till 11am you can not sleep
