NillHotel location is very nice with amazing views and market near by, Rooms are pretty clean and spacious with all amenities. The best part is the staff so good in their prompt services and very kind behavior. Hotel food is delicious and reasonable too. No need to step out for food. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

★★★★★I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff is incredibly friendly and creates such a warm, home-like atmosphere that makes you feel truly welcome from the moment you arrive. The location is also perfect — just a short walk to the Dalai Lama’s residence. The views from the balcony are absolutely stunning, offering a peaceful and scenic experience.||The rooms are beautifully decorated, spotless, and in excellent condition. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area. It’s the perfect combination of great service, comfort, and location.|||The hotel recommended a taxi service, which I used during my stay. The driver, Sanju picked me up from the bus station and took me to the hotel. Later, he showed me all the most beautiful and famous places in the Dharamsala and McLeod Ganj region, including temples and viewpoints. His local knowledge was invaluable, and I was able to see the best spots in the area. He is also a very decent and honest person. I highly recommend his services, and you can contact him directly at +91 70184 17620

NillAfter booking into two other hotels in Mcleadganj we finally found this hotel that was in a great position overlooking the mountain & not far from the Dalai Lama temple but far enough away from the busy traffic & smells of main streets of McLeodganj. Arun was exceptionally helpful, unlocking my scooter seat when I couldn't get it open, letting me into the room when my husband left without giving me the key & organizing endless bottles of cold water & food as needed. Could not fault the service of all the staff here. We extended our stay for another week it was so relaxing

NillRooms: 4.7/5 The hotel is so beautiful, the rooms are so gorgeous. Stayed at this hotel twice and the second time stayed for 1 more day. When the first time I went in my room (202 maybe 302 don't remember perfectly), I liked it. The problem with this hotel is that none of the mini fridges work, hotel seems understaffed. When the second time we went to this hotel (302) for 2 days, the mini fridge didn't work and the WI-FI is horrible here. The service was understaffed but was kind. The Rooms are GOREGEOUS. The bathroom in 302 is fine. It's small but with the shower, It wasn't giving hot water AND the handheld shower head wasn't connected. The shower place can only fit one person. The washroom is still good and ok in 302. Later, we stayed for 1 more day in 202 and the bedside table was short. The beds were surprisingly comfy (slept in under 5 minutes while it takes me 1-2 hrs to sleep). If there's a third person sleeping in the same room, they have an extra bed with a stand that lifts the bed off the floor. The location is ok, on top of a hill, don't mind it. In 202, it didn't have a mini fridge but the tvs in the room were actually good unlike other hotels. Atleast this hotel's room are spacious unlike other hotels I've seen... The washroom in 202 is actually good! It has a shower head, everything is fine but the toilet is too lowered down, giving an uncomfortable position. Actually, The hotel is amazing for it's price and is actually beautiful! Has a beautiful balcony also! Rate this 4.7/5, amazing for the value and rooms. (Forgot to mention it also had a study table and many space and drawers to keep your stuff. The eating table has beautiful chairs)

NillProblem remains same - Expensive room (7600 Rupees per night) but the room is full of dust. Practical suggestion - Dear Hotel owner, u spent so much of money on furniture and everything else in the hotel. Please buy a vaccum cleaner for 5000 rupees and give training to your staff how to use it.
