The location of the hotel is highly favorable, situated directly opposite the ropeway. The quality of the food is excellent, and the staff is exceptionally cooperative and accommodating. I would like to express my gratitude to Chef Sanjeev Kumar and Mr. Pankaj for their outstanding service.

One of the finest hotel. It’s a very good property with a decent staff. Staff do have knowledge of items which is being served A hygienic place. GM is a very good person. He has trained his team to take extra care of guests. Rooms are great. Would recommend friends and family Keep it up team

Staff is Good. However, it's getting on my toes to make arrangements for Driver. They failed to make adjustments even when we are ready for pay. Since, it's getting hard for me to waste time to search the same. Better go for THE POSH, they have there free parking and rooms are very good plus they have free driver stay. Or look out for more better options with Parking as parking is very costly here.

Excellent location and the staffs are so warm and forever smiling, you can't find any reason to feel grumpy. Our breakfast was made amazing amidst the stunning view with great homemade (tastes like that) food spread. Special shout to the outstanding team - Ravi, Pankaj, Shivani, Goldy, Sapna who were there to help us with a great smile forever. Citrus your staffs are your biggest asset, pls do take good care of them and their career growth path.

Our experience is fine. Hospitality is very good. From restaurant staff, Mr. Sanjeev & Pankaj are the best persons to attend all the customers. Food is tasty & good quality. The manager Mr. Shantanu given us good information.

Amazing stay, hotel rooms are nicely maintained,I booked standard room but they upgraded it to deluxe without charges which was super cool. Hotel is centrally located near market and dharamshala skyway is exactly opposite to the hotel. 1 way trip was around 500 per head and round trip was 700 (1.2km approx distance) but view from it is worth the money

Had a 3n stay here. Great location just opposite of the ropeway to Dharamshala. The superior room was spacious, but slightly lacking in view because of the aforementioned ropeway. Food and services were very good. Ravi and Shashi were the service-persons and they treated us very well.

Had a great stay, staff was very courteous, food was great, location is amazing, and whatever services and amenities you need just ask Shantanu and he will sort you out. The transport facilities were very good, was able to visit all locations on my list and some extra.
