★★★★★1. Each and every staff was very hospitable especially Kunal. A shoutout to Owner Vikas who promptly helped on multiple occasions. |2. Location perfect. Car can come till entrance. This is right on the market lane, perfect place to be.|3. Rooms were spacious, clean and view was incredible. Food was delicious and very reasonable. We preferred dining in hotel rather outside after comparing quality and taste.|4. There were lifts so no issues with old aged people.|5. They arranged the sight seeing for us at the same rate prevailing in the market instead of charging higher rate as it generally happens.|6. I overpaid by mistake at the time of checked out and realised it after reaching Pathankot. Just a mere message to Vikas, got instant credit.||I wish I could write some cons but there was none in our experience.

NillWorst experience ever. We enquired at the hotel for parking and they informed that they will provide us parking at a near by hotel shivalik for free, they took payment from us and when we went for parking they offered me to park my Scorpio in a very small place (hatchback can hardly be parked because the road in front is also very narrow and is on slope) where my Scorpio suffered damages. When I asked for another parking or reimbursing me for another paid parking, I said "meri gadi ka bhi nuksaan hua hai", they were very rude and told me "wo to chue ga hi" . Neither they were appologetic about providing a space for hatchback to park an SUV, nor were they willing to welcome once tgey received payment. When I asked to return my payment as I no longer wish to park my vehicle and stay at their place. They said nothing can be done and they would not return money. In the rooms also bedsheets we're dirty and when we asked them to replace them, the person at the receptuon was utterly rude annd said, there are spots in all the bedsheets, even if we replace, it will have spots, they did not replace it. When I asked them to connect me to their senior or hotel owner, they connected me to the receptionist of another shift. They neither let me talk to any manager, both the receptionists we're very incosiderate and when we asked for any service, they said it's not their duty. When asked to connect to senior they kept calling the other receptionist. Worst management and worst experience ever. Never go to them, initially they will be good guys, once you pay them for rooms in advance, they are the worst.

★★★★★It's a decent 3 Star Hotel, right on the Mall road. The Dalai Lama temple is just 150 meters away and the Main Square is about 100 meters away.|Being located where it is, it's a place of absolute convenience. All good restaurants and cafes are super close and the street has an absolute buzzing atmosphere.|We were in Room no 301, which had a Large bed and a bunk bed. And the balcony of the room overlooked the gorgeous Valley. The room and the linens were clean. And cleaning was done everyday.|We also took up the room heater on chargeable basis.|The hotel also has a nice roof top restaurant.||The biggest plus of the hotel, I must say is Kunal, who was so wonderful. He helped up arrange taxis, was a great conversationalist and helped us with everything we needed.|A lot of Gratitude to Sapphire, Kunal and the entire staff to make our stay so comfortable!

NillThe hotel is at good location, it is in the mall road. The rooms are good too. They have separate balcony from where one can enjoy the valley view. The only problem is parking. The parking space is at a distance from the hotel, it is not attached with the property.

NillWe booked the property for 3 rooms as there were 3 families, hotel staff gave us separate rooms at different floors. The staff was not cooperative, the owner himself did not take any initiative to settle things. Just by stating that customer satisfaction is our priority will not work, you have to work hard for it

★★★★About Hotel Location :- The hotel is located at a very prime location. Both the main market and Dalai Lama Temple is at a walking distance from the hotel. It taken only one minute to reach both the places.||||About Room:- I booked a family suite which was very spacious and the view from the room was amazing. As there were some minor issues in the room I requested the Manager to give me some other room. They immediately shifted me to another room which was also very spacious, clean and with an amazing view from balcony. ||||About Food:- If your prefer home made food (ghar ke khana) then you need not have to go outside the hotel to eat. Moreover there are very few restaurants in Mcleodganj where you can get good food and the prices are very high. ||||About Management:- The Managers of the Hotel Mr. Anil Kumar and one another manager (I forget his name) were very nice persons, very helpful and soft spoken. ||||I visited Mcleodganj with family. Our overall experience at this hotel was very good. I would like to stay at this hotel again, if I visit Mcleodganj again in future.
