Beautiful location. Such a stress reliever. Staff and services are excellent. I really enjoyed my stay. We have not opted for buffet dinner yet they allowed us to take anything for kids. Their food was too yummy. Vishal sir left no stone unturned to make kids comfortable . They really made us feel special. Also concept of hotel theatre was excellent. We really enjoyed it. There is always different vibe in resort from surroundings. Most imp. Kids loved the play area and it was something which helped us to enjoy our time. Mam there look after our kids really well. Thanks to whole team Suggestion - There should be some food discount for in house guests, as prices of food and rooms are really high .

Our stay at the Hyatt had its moments, but overall, it fell short of the extraordinary experience we had anticipated — especially given the brand reputation and the picturesque location. The hotel enjoys a charming, peaceful setting and the staff is courteous and helpful, making check-ins and general interactions pleasant. However, there was an intangible element missing — that special touch of hospitality we’ve experienced at properties like Taj or Oberoi. While I’m not one to compare, nothing during our stay truly stood out, aside from the excellent service at the restaurant and bar. The team there deserves special mention for their warm service, flavorful dinner, and creative signature cocktails. The biggest letdown was the breakfast. Despite the extensive spread — which included a mix of North and South Indian options, as well as health-focused items like quinoa pancakes and beetroot dosas — the dishes lacked depth and flavor. There wasn’t a single item that stood out or felt memorable. With such variety, you'd expect at least one star dish to shine, but everything felt underwhelming. My suggestion: instead of going overboard with options, focus on quality, bold flavors, and perhaps add a rotating local highlight each morning to give guests something to look forward to. Another area that needs attention is the swimming pool. It didn’t feel particularly hygienic or inviting — a bit of a letdown for those expecting a relaxing dip. A clean, fresh-smelling, and well-maintained pool is a basic expectation for any luxury property, and here it missed the mark. That said, the stay was peaceful, and we appreciated the day activities like nature walks which added a nice touch of serenity. But for Hyatt to truly position this as a luxurious destination, there’s still some work to be done — particularly in elevating the culinary experience, pool upkeep, and creating more standout moments throughout the guest journey.

My recent stay here, nestled in the heart of the mountains was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the breathtaking views, crisp mountain air, and warm hospitality set the tone for an unforgettable getaway. Service was impeccable. The staff was attentive, courteous, and always ready with helpful recommendations for hikes, sightseeing, or in-house experiences. The spa was a highlight—after a day of exploring the trails, relaxing with a hot stone massage while surrounded by natural beauty was pure bliss

Staff is very caring and soft spoken. They take care of every guest. Every thing is perfect besides the hotel is located at a place where you can enjoy hotel stay and weather but can not go out again and again. It is at a great height, so roads have slope. Every one should enjoy this only 5 star hotel Hyatt hotel in Dharmshala

Wonderful to be back at this magnificent property. We spent 2 nights. My kids loved the indoor pool and camp Hyatt. Breakfast was great as well as evening cocktails at the lounge with live music. Would like to especially thank Mayank for his service. I’ll be back.

Picturesque location away from Dharamshala city. Attentive staff, delicious food and great hospitality. The indoor heated pool and Shanti Spa were the highlight of our stay. The Spa team including Dawa and her therapists were always smiling and gave great advice for treatments. However, more on site activities should be added for resident guests to enjoy such as a pool table.|Overall, a great 5 star resort nestled in the lush forest of Dharamkot village.

Lovely hotel, great location and tasteful decor. The staff are superb with great personal touch. Try and get a room overlooking the mountain. Dining is decent, breakfast was fabulous. Dinner buffet a little inconsistent but the a la carte menu great.
