Hotel Imperial 9(luxury hotel)

Awesome location with a very cooperative and interactive staff. The Quality of food was authentic with the real taste.View from the hotel is quite refreshing. The stay over here was relaxing and comfortable . Hotel Imperial 9 is a great place to stay. The Staff and owner were caring and shows concern timely during the stay. I had observed owner was quite interactive with the sessions and the meetings each time and had a good command in services , I have observed for the very first time in my travel plans till now. We had a stay for 3 days and it was a great experience i had with this hotel. There is a vacant space with great size of the room .If you looking out for a good hotel with the well managed staff and hospitality i would absolutely recommend to visit with peaceful views and Most importance it is worth the money. Hotel Hospitality is very good, very clean hotel, food has a great taste with variant in food for breakfast and dinner. Hotel staff is very generous, takes care of each and every minute detail, very helpful, serves food like a family member. Thanks a lot for making our stay memorable. Must visit and stay in Hotel Imperial 9 💯💯💯

I will never recommend this place to anyone I booked a super deluxe.room and guess what they dont even provide a heater in the room and I was told that it they are giving.us a complimentary heater which doesnt work. I complained about it and the room service guy never turned back. I have added the photos which will bring some more light to the what I have experienced. If u feel like ruining your time go ahead and book a room here. I dont really want anyone suffer this way. I am attaching fotos of bad heater, uncleaned comforter, average looking room. No centralised system to combat cold. No service nothing :(

I had to stay here as it was arranged kindly by the owner of Ram Yoga House nearby as he could not accommodate in his hotel. ||The check in was smooth, the room was good. But I think some construction was going on so, I heard lot of noise. But as I was back rom long trekking, I was too tired to be bothered by any noise and slept like a log! ||The lunch I ordered was not very good. Rotis were half burnt, but then again, I was too tired to complaint. ||Its in nice location and I think it has potential to be come good property in future when they finish the construction, recruit more staff, good cook etc.

Pathetic. The rooms were not so clean. Poorly dimmed with white light. Felt like have entered a haunted house. The hotel cheated us. We booked a semi deluxe room and got a room adjacent to reception having no views at all. Leave about having a view, the curtains were installed in such a way that anyone can peak into your room easily from outside pathway. Reached Mcleodganj at 5 p.m. checked out in just 2 hours. Horrific experience. The photos are just to fool you. Total waste of money.

5/5, Hotel was good overall. Our stay was fantastic. Location is 5/5 very centrally located near main market still away from all hustle bustle. Service was good, Esp. Mr. Shiva. They also upgraded us which was a nice gesture. Would recommend.

Average hotel with limited facilities. No balconies, no food facility, they don't have much staff toh you can order tea only after 9:30 AM which is not comfortable. After ordering food you have to wait for 60-70 mnts. Not suggested. We can try better.

The experience in the hotel was more than terrible. We booked the hotel through google search and the stay was not worth it. The photos in the internet are misleading. The pictures shown are of imperial 9 McLeodganj. The hotel in Dharamshala has no service at all. There were no toiletries in the bathroom, no towels in the room. The entire night we stayed in the hotel without electricity. The staff is not cooperative. They are not bothered for the comfort of the guest. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Lastly the parking is more than 1 km away from the hotel.

If you want to enjoy your trip, don't even think to book this hotel. Very unhealthy environment and behavior of staff. Don't go with the picture, hotel is still under construction and they don't have proper arrangement. Very poor quality of food they server, which we cannot eat. Over all, it waste of money booking this hotel and spoiling our mood. Moreover, the hotel is not constructed, its in under construction. Also, to reach this hotel i had to pay entry amount to the road on which this hotel is located. (Ideally it should be barred by hotel management) Its very difficult to track this hotel. A BIG NO TO THIS HOTEL.
