Very very poor maintenance. Elevator not working. Restaurant is not functional. Extreme shortage of running water. Not cleaned properly. We had to check out & relocate to another hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. My room was spotless, spacious, and equipped I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had a great sleep. The hotel’s location was perfect, with easy access to key attractions and public transportation. Breakfast and dinner was so tasty. I also appreciated the prompt room service and how attentive the staff were to my requests. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning on my next trip!

Pathetic service. Degraded food quality and arrogant staff. Horrible experience. The owner promised all rooms with mountain view whereas we only got two rooms. The manager and the staff are not at all cooperative. Very unprofessional behaviour. Do not go for room booking with dinner. Dinner is horrible.

Recently stayed at this property and the experience was good. Location is outstanding, rooms are clean and tidy. Only thing I didn't appreciate was the food as they don't keep much options, but it can be ignored as other things were very good.

Visited this hotel in January. We booked a premium room with balcony. But had to degrade the room catagory as it was very small, not even big enough to accommodate the baggage. Overall service and food is average. The only positive thing about the hotel is the view from its back side.
