Hotel Victoriya Palace

I spent over two weeks at this beautiful hotel. The views were staggering, the staff immensely helpful and kind, the food delicious, the location very quiet, the hiking great. Some things are priceless, and my stay here was just that. I spent 10 days in silent retreat here looking out over the Himalaya. I found great peace in the beautiful place and I will certainly be back. Thank you to Sebastian and all the rest of the staff from the bottom of my heart!

Amazing service, shubash was our host incredibly friendly and helpful, food was delicious and fresh! Our room's view was extraordinary with a huge balcony to stare at the snow peaked mountains...if ur visiting this area this hotel would be a perfect choice!

Would highly recommend this place to stay! Make sure you book one of the rooms with balcony facing the mountains for an incredible view. The best view I’ve ever woken up to! Food was great. Very comfortable rooms. Naddi is a lovely quiet place to stay. Subhash very hospitable. Thank you for a lovely time.

Staff is very adamant and very negetive including Manager. They are even not serving food which you required. When you called for order staff told he is only one in hotel to serve.give order one time he can not come again and again. 2nd day he said he is not well. You get food from outside. Pathetic situations. Do not book such hotel never ever

A below average overall hotel experience, Great view of Dhauladhar Mountain Range from the room, Okay washrooms, Rooms were not up to the mark in terms of cleanliness, bedsheet etc. The garden is good. Construction isn't that old but the building condition looks very old and non maintained, rooms and balconies required a decent amount of repair work including the lights and electronics. The biggest negative points were the food and service there's just one person managing everything on the property, so basically he can't handle everything at all times. Ordered Food quantity was so less, there were literally 3-4 small pieces of paneer in matar paneer ki sabzi , tasting nothing like the actual dish. This was supposed to be enough for two people but for a single person as well it wasn't enough. Had to order 1.5 hours in advance because the person went and brought paneer etc. and cooked all by himself. Elders with walking/knees issues may have problems climbing countless stairs to reach the hotel. Upon checkout we were asked to give 5 star review by the same person which this property surely doesn't deserve considering the pathetic service and food. So kindly let customers decide whether to review or not.
