Only the location of this hotel is good. It's very close to the Dharamshala ISBT busstand. The view of the mountain in the distance and the view of the Dharamshala city from the room is excellent. Rooms are average clean. Bedsheets and pillow covers are not completely clean. But with the price of Rs. 1000/- per night, it's ok to spend a night.

Sita place is a very bad hotel in Dharamshala. The worst experience of my life with this hotel. Staff misbehaves with tourists. They don't know how to talk . Even food is made useless by the people of Sita Palace. I would never advise anyone to stay in this hotel.

Hmm, very bad experience. The guy on the counter thinks he owns the town. The way he talks with arrogance is very bad.I inquired about rates of room and wanted to negotiate and started talking rubbish knowing that I'm not from North India. Better to avoid. Rooms are a bit old and not cozy as per charges.

Very nice hotel nearby to Dharamshala bus stand 5 minutes walking distance. Free wifi..food available..rooms are ok .. very nice view from rooms in night..charges 800 to 1200 depend on season..near by to market and kangra museum..

Not even deserve 1 star. A BIG NO for female solo traveller or female traveller. Not at all safe. Rooms are dirty. Poor service. No response for complains. Some random boys started knocking our door at 2:30. When we complained about the same to manager, he simply ignored it. A BIG NO NO from my side.

Hotel room service, food , location etc. are okay. But I can't say the room was too much good, but yeah, it's better. I stayed alone and I found one more door besides main door to the room, if somebody outsider know from outside in night, it may make fear on you. But you can choose another room, it's family place to stay. Rent was also comfortable. Hotel is very close to Dharamsala bus stand, like 50 meter distance.

The positive reviews here are written by the hotel owner himself. The Punjabi/hariyanvi guy manager or who God knows, is the worst person we have ever met. A big time liar. God won't forgive them Worst hotel ever. Extremely bad behaved staffs and owners.
