WORST EXPERIENCE!! The worst hotel Ever, We checked in at 11 at night until then things were fine but after that we noticed that the doors and windows were not closing. Suddenly at 11: 30 the light went off we tried phone to the reception that when light will come so they said 5 minutes so we waited but after 10 minutes we called again we asked do they have inverter as every hotel has that but they said they don't have we got more scared the entire staff was sitting in front of us in another room.We got scared. So we decided to leave the place right way. The place was NOT AT ALL SAFE.

In Dharamshala ... Hotel Harmony ( now they change d name something Hotel Vijay Palace) it is not in our tour plan.... In last minute the tour management change d hotel ... and they doesn't tell us about that... even they doesn't msg us........ ...*Careless management's ( Mr. )..* Hotel Harmony (Vijay Palace) the worst hotel .... .. they don't have well trained staff.... Cook (shocking it's boy)... Their dianing room.? Temporary over terrace .... Lack of hygienic tasty food, late service, they don't have buffet food warmer.... Room doors are old not closed properly, their dinner timing 8.00pm onwards but we waiting till 9.00 pm BC ... 😡... ... Glass of milk & cup tea charge .. 60 ₹ per ... They doesn't deserve to serve people.... I think they change the name HOTEL in to LODGE..... 👿👿👿👿.......

The hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Perfect place for a break from the city. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The staffs are well mannered and helpful as well. Overall it was a very nice experience. I would like to visit again!

Wow......... Very nice hotel, i stay here for one night, i find here everything is ok. Good service staff was friendly and food also delicious. Location is ok but not bad. I don't know why some people write a negative review.I think they are by birth are negative people and i think they come with warm mind at holidays.

Everything was awesome Right from the rooms to the staff... The location was amazing.. Friendly staff.. Good food and Amazing view... Very clean too.. Will definitely visit again.

The hotels rooms are satisfactory but the room service and food served was exceptionally excellent . Although it is a small hotel but Loved their hospitality and the cooperative staff. Everything was beyond our expectation and was perfect in itself especially the food .
