Hotel Serkhang Spiti and Heaven’s view cafe

We have stayed there for two days, their hospitality is very much satisfying.

The location of the hotel was amazing and the rooms were cozy and had an amazing view of the snow capped mountains from the windows. The food quality of its restaurant was amazing and the staff was very helpfull in all aspects The local market and other city escapes are quite near to this hotel as it is located in the main kaza city area. Overall the hotel was amazing to stay and at a affordable price if you book quite early and accordingly

Great view.right beside the mountain.wooden floors clean rooms.Bathroom space is small but clean.service is average.But all is compensated by the location is not good and surrounding is also not satisfactory.

Good: 1. Nice view 2. Mostly clean rooms 3. Close to market and petrol pump 4. Good food- quality and taste Bad- 1. Unclean blankets and quilt covers 2. Water supply problems- I stayed there two nights, on both mornings....there was no water in toilets, I had to hunt all around the property to find the helper so that he can start the generator driven motor( on waking him up at 6am, he was very rude .....saying that he had slept at 2am only and I disturbed his sleep) 3. No one sits on reception, no contact no or intercom also. No one answers on the number given on website.

Well maintained clean rooms.Bathrooms with geyser and 24 hrs water supply and electricity. But service is not that good, may be due to the geological situations. They charged Rs. 500 for one night for a hot blower/room heater.

So the hotel started 2nd June morning and I was their first customer . Being from uptown urban place I never thought there could be any property so beautiful and Wooow. Spiti being specialised for homestay and normal hotel...i thought I would be again in city life in beautiful mountains .. but to my surprise I found extremly beautiful hotel near petrol pump and it’s quiet .Beautifully wooden room and perfect view ..I felt Swizerland in India . The roof top cafe they run serves superb food and romantic ambience ( unfortunately was with my sister)I have never eaten for soulfool food and best part was since my litttle sister is typically Jain ..they served us Jain food which had different taste. Hats off to the staff and property owner to bring simply beautiful property in Kaza .yes indeed owner is awesome too with divine aura .

Located in front of Mountains. Service and food was very good. Staff were polite and courteous. Good hotel to stay in KAZA.

Nice view from the room as well as cafe. Wooden interior ,feels premium . The staff is very humble and helpful . Do visit .
