Not good hotel. Not recommend due to, 1. Solar heater in winter season also hence you can not get hot water. 2. House keeping very rude & not changing old towels also & reasons are no Laundry available due to rain. 3. Kitchen is very dirty. 4. Tasteless food. 5. No wifi working & giving reasons for climate everytime. 6. Only require money & no service as per money. 7. If we talk about service & food they are saying this is only standard, if you want to add review or complaint you can proceed. Never recommend to anyone.

Beautiful stay for 3 nights in the hotel. Room having a private balcony over seeing the snow clad mountains was really enjoyable. Very good, helpful and courteous staff added flavour to our stay. Only problem is you don't have any option in complimentary breakfasts.

Amazing stay with affordable price, totally worth every penny .. The staff was super friendly and willing to take full care of the guests like us .. Food was amazing, rooms were hygienic and super comfortable.. balcony and terrace view was breathtaking,... Had the best time of my life

The hotel is situated 8 to 9 km from the main area i.e mall road. The hotel does not have a lift facility. The staff was very good and gave a good service.

That is less word, as much as I can say about the ambience here. the stuffs are too much humble, gentle, polite, and highly professional. Nice rooms and excellent views for the rooms with Balcony. I found Hotel owner (Raj Kumar) very gentle, polite, soft spoken person, and cool while dealing with hotel guests. Food quality is very good. Highly Recommended.

Worst hotel to stay in Manali. Bathrooms have no ventilation and you may probably die due to lack of oxygen here. Food is worst. Heated is not provided. It's for extra cost which is 500 rs per day that too only for 12 hours of day because these people consider one day as 12 hours and not 24 hours. So basically heater will cost extra 1000 rs for 24 hours usage. Ideally an in-bed heater should have been provided for an hotel. Food is of worst quality and keeps getting exhausted by other guests because there is very low quantity available for buffet and they make it very slowly. Inefficient heating which results in the buffet to become cold very quickly. We had to leave a day early because of a personal emergency. No refund provided for one days early checkout. Not even food refund provided for the next day's food which we didn't have due to one day early checkout.

The rating of the Hotel is 3 but the service is not upto the mark. Pros: Food is superb with options for breakfast and dinner. Rooms are installed with new furniture and gadgets. The view from balcony is awesome. Cons. The cupboard and toilet was not clean when we have entered. They didnt even cleaned it even after telling them. Phone was not working. The tv was Android tv but you cant cast anything from mobile. ** Hot water only 6 to 10 am ** The hotel is also far from the city area.
