Unfortunately, the food and service at this hotel did not meet expectations. The meals lacked flavor and freshness, and the variety was limited. Service was slow and staff seemed inattentive, which made the dining experience disappointing overall. There's definitely room for improvement in both quality and hospitality

I stayed here for 2 nights. Location is perfect..bang on river, all balcony are common. Mountain view from the big windows of your room. Food is average so priced also average. Rooms are spacious bt cleanliness is not very well maintained. Property is big and u have to cross a bridge to reach there, one car at a time. The location of the property is basically their merit.

The ambience was great. The rooms were clean. The view was splendid. The staff were polite and co-operative. The price point too was good.

Worst hotel don’t book at all|It’s is the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen, everything is old and broken and the staff is least interested in your concerns ||Even the drinking water was opened bottles and filled by tap with the labels on so it might feel as packaged drinking water ||Don’t waste your money and please don’t book this place

Worst . Oldest furniture ,too untidy room and the bedcovers, blankets are in such bad conditions. No proper lighting in room, towels which got provided were not in the condition that anyone would like to use..no lighting in kitchen where the food was getting prepared. Don't go with the pictures , except location nothing was real
