Capital O 83023 Hotel Sukh

This hotel is a scam, this does not exist. I booked this hotel via OYO for my manali trip, 3 days ago. And today was my checkin day, at 3pm while i was on my way to manali, i got a call from this hotels manager and he asked me if I am coming, i said yes. then he said, okay then pay the pending amount. I had paid the booking amount and he was asking for the rest amount as well. He gave me his personal account number. I told him i am about to reach in 15 minutes and why should i pay him on his personal account, that too without checkin.. and then he said, i am giving your room to somebody else. When i reached the mentioned hotel location, provided by Oyo in the booking email. I was shocked as there was no such hotel!!! This is so irresponsible at Oyo end that such fraudster hotel/ scams are listed on their site. I was travelling with my wife and 2 kids and I was literally standing on road for 2 hours.. Shame at such people, hotels and OYO.

We had booked this hotel on oyo app, when we reached thr mentioned location there wasnt any hotel named sukh. This is completely fraud and surprised how oyo still recommend it on their site.... They should have verify before this... It's completely pathetic on part of oyo. We were lucky that we had enough time to cancel booking to get money back and also we were group of three boys so managed it easily bt had there been family..it would have been problematic.

This is fraud.... Actually this hotel doesn't exist. I reached at hotel's location but I have found no hotel named as Hotel Sukh. and also No one responding if you call at hotel number.

Frod hotel, only scam, very bad, my money are waste, no one knows about this hotel, plz don't book it,
