The staff were really friendly. Especially Pankaj he went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Good service for good price. I will stay there again in my next trip to Manali.

Stayed here for 2nights. The hotel is situated just down a hill. The views from the room were just amazing. Room service available and the food tastes okay. All basic amenities are available. Nearby grocery stores and pharmacies are available. Lots of options nearby to rent a 2wheeler or cab for sightseeing. Try to book on the G+3rd or G+4th floor and the rooms in front of the road. Note: This isnt a luxury stay option. We paid around ₹1.3k for 2N stay. So do not expect luxury stay features. You'll get all basic amenities. Also the hotel is exactly 2Kms from manali mall road.

Disappointing. Half the amenities mentioned in the room descriptions were not available. There wasn't even a kettle when we arrived. The sheets and towels were not clean, there was hair and stains all over it. They have advertised the following for the King room with mountain view - bathtub, toiletries, slippers, tea/coffee maker, locker / safe, sound proof room, all are false. Even the TV was not working. The staff keeps wearing shoes inside the room making the floor filthy and they keep forgetting to bring the things we request. They say it's a private balcony but there is no separation, some guests kept roaming around in our space and so did some staff and we couldn't even keep the curtain drapes open because of this. They should keep some separation. The food was really bad, it had no taste. Even the pulao was so bad, they add too many condiments and oil. We couldn't eat it. The parking space is too small. Not worth the money. The location is alright, the rooms are fine built but they need to show more professionalism in service and conduct. There is no generator or inverter in the property, so during the rainy season the power might be out for hours, using heater, kettle, charging, wifi and so on is out of the question. They should at least mention the power cut issues before accepting bookings and do not falsely advertise about the facilities.

Very rude behavior of hotel staff and owner. Dirty rooms, they are not committed to what they say. The staff tells lies about payments and ultimately blame cross communication. Please learn to respect tourists who visit and make you earn for your daily needs. That doesn't mean you can cheat them. Half of the 5 star reviews are by hotel staff only. Please don't waste your hard earned money in this hotel.

The owner is a thug. We booked 4 rooms for 2 nights and had paid advance. After reaching there, we found the rooms are totally opposite from the one shown in the pictures. Full dirty and stinky. One can not think of staying there. After we checked in, they cancelled our online booking. Pls don't waste your hard earned money bu booking this cheaters hotel where no one will listen to you. They are like zombies. People with no heart and brain.

To start with, had booked 4 rooms, cancelled 2 , continued with the remaining 2 and also paid advance for the 2 booked rooms. We were communicating with the owner himself so we were sure about our booking. Well, to our utmost shock on reaching Manali we were told that one room has been given to someone else and we were expected to accomodate in one room . Obviously, we refused, so he offered us a hotel called Hotel River View about a km ahead saying that it's his friend's! At 12:30 am , yes A.M we went to check those rooms-well stinky horrible rooms with seepage on the walls, dirty bed sheets, spider on the wall... Came back and were in a total daze and worry since we had driven all the way from Delhi to Manali, post giving an advance and to be stranded on the road with children, confused and worried , angry and annoyed. So - DO NOT TRUST THIS HOTEL OWNER EVEN AFTER GIVING ADVANCE cos he will conveniently pass on your room to someone who pays him more during the tourist season.

Loved this Hotel....The services are on time and the rooms are very clean. The hospitality of Hotel staff is amazing. The view from the hotel is also spectacular. I will recommend this hotel if you are visiting Manali.
