Hi,Guys we came to Manali and stay at Summer king hotel . Service was excellent and the staff of hotel was supportive and they have helping hands as well.Experience was awesome.

I'm so devastated to be in this hotel, I have visited this hotel as part of my family vacation. My tour agent has given this hotel in the itinerary. As per my itinerary we had booked one extra bed, but the size of the room was so small that there was no option to keep one extra bed, also the bathroom was so ugly that the closet was not cleaned. When we raised a complaint they have upgraded the room as they don't have any other option. Linen and pillow cover was so bad that it gave a feel that it was not washed for ages. Another issue that we faced on the check out day, they have pushed us from 10.15 for checking out from the room, it was clearly displayed on the reception that the check out time is 12pm. When I raised this, they couldn't give a proper answer. Very bad service from all staff. Food quality was also atrocious.

The staff was very helpful and the food was also good 😊 I got good experience here. But they can improve cleanliness and some basic amenities. Overall service is good 👍
