Hotel staff is Friendly, accommodating, and helpful and room service is excellent, impeccable, and responsive. Rooms are Clean, spacious, and comfortable.Hotel location is convenient and close to attractions.Mainly the food is so delicious and good value for money.

This was my worst experience. Staff behavior was good but management of hotel is very bad specially the lady who is on the reception was full of arrogant.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed, experience can’t be worsed than this, two lady owners are there and quite relentless cheap and unprofessional. Worst hospitality with poor quality of food, they prepare poor quality of food so that people don’t take and consumption is lesser.very smart owner in cost cutting, I had taken package with breakfast and dinner, I asked them in breakfast to serve a tea without sugar then these rude ladies started saying that you have to pay extra for this when I told them i have already paid for the breakfast then they started argumenting and said you have to pay additional amount only then you will get tea and finally charged me too. Electricity was not there in the hotel so I asked the lady manager ( owner) to provide hot water in a bucket for us to take a bath ( one couple with one kid), they said only one bucket will be given for all three people and you have to manage with this only. They have unprofessional personnel who are running this property and preparing unhygienic food too.can’t even stay here On a complimentary basis also. We can’t call this a hotel.

Location of the hotel is very good but cleanliness and maintenance is poor.Hotel photos on Google and reality are totally different I booked 3 rooms but when I checked in there is a very bad smell in the room, bedsheet are dirty and dustbin also not there. But hotel staff are very good. Hotel need maintenance and improve services. U will get much better hotel in this price.

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Rude Owner and Terrible Food I had a very disappointing stay at Hotel Out Town, Manali . The owner’s behavior was shockingly unprofessional and rude. Upon arrival, we were met with a curt attitude and zero hospitality. Throughout our stay, any attempt to communicate issues or ask for assistance was met with hostility and dismissiveness. As for the food, it was absolutely poor. Meals were poor, tasteless, and in most cases it was finished, We experienced issues with both breakfast and dinner, and despite our complaints, there was no effort to rectify the situation. Dining here felt more like a punishment than a pleasure. Overall, the combination of the owner's unacceptable behavior and the abysmal food quality made our stay unpleasant. I strongly advise against staying at Hotel Out Town unless significant improvements are made. Date of stay: 15th-17th june 24
