Its very nice hotel within budget. We stayed 2 days in hotel and enjoyed lot. The hotel management and staff is good and polite. Be food is good. From hotel itself we can get cab in reasonable price but we need to intimate to management. we are new to this place but never i felt any problem. I will recommend this hotel for Manali tour.

Great Hotel, Room is very clean, Room service is also very good, we stayed for 3 days, we got it on fair price, everything is available to you on a phone call, even if it is not available in the hotel. We find them working 24*7 for us. One thing i would say is a lot of space in the room, nice bathroom with bath tub. And the view from the hotel is just amazing, please check the images. Sorry guys i am little late for the review, but i am doing it now to appreciate your great service and hard work on your job.

Rooms look old and need some renovations(lights don't work properly, water is not available, telephone doesn't work) and food service is very slow as well and taste is average. Maybe its just me but still check thoroughly before booking a room

Wanted to give a zero star... Very bad experience on the very first day... they booked our room , recieving cash as advance deposit and then saying like there is a rush and we cant provide any room. they put us on a worst room in " hotel devi palace " (opposite to hotel classic) where everything is dirty. Later i went to the recieption and told our problem, then they began to tell us to adjust.

Currently hotel is in closed status. So, think before booking. I have seen many unrecognized website booking room for this hotel.

We were there in summers of 2016.this hotel has amazing views from mountain facing rooms,the staff was humble, food is also good....and very nice people all over around, there is something very positive in this city,that we found in this hotel also..., but the cleaning techniques needs improvement, just state that for better service.i will always remember those mournings, where i open up my eyes...& see the sunlight rays on the snowy mountain's top...from my bed.i just love this...

As we reached de hotel nobody ws dere at the reception...no entry ws made..ven we saw our rooms it spoiled our whole mood ..I ws with tears..omg what I hv chosen n we also already made de advance payment ...no cleanliness , no good infrastructure, room service ws terrible..food ws terrible...only de view of mountains were gud bt dat does no gud as all basis ameneties were missing...I personaly recommened you 2 never choose dis hotel ..we left de nxt day 2 another hotel named Hotel Chetali... ||Preeti||Meerut
