I have visited this hotel and stayed there for three nights in turms of service it's a very good option to stay, it's staff is very honest, polite and well behaviour and food also very good .

Very good property. Very supportive and well behaved staff. Peaceful environment and they also have huge parking space. Location is really good which provides peaceful environment for family and friends. Highly recommend this place. Good work and keep it up.

It's was good experience in this location and views point are good. This location is nearby place and Bus stand..than walking distance mall road..

Such a bad experience …..they show different pictures when we about to book but when we arrived they give such a bad room the door was broke and the room was very small dirty bedsheet and when we ask the staff about them they say we gave you same room but that was totally room and we check out one day before our checkout date such a bad experience shame on you guys don’t do this with other guest

I had stayed there during mid-February for 3N. Great service by the manager Nok Singh (I had faced some issues which he fixed promptly.) Most rooms had good views of snow capped peaks, like my room. I didn't use the restaurant though, because i would walk to the Mall and eat there. Heater is charged 500 rupees extra, but I took only for the 1st night to get acclimatized gradually.

Not recommended.. Please don't go to their over all experience is bad.. Lots of other option is also available in same budget with good location..
