We stayed here via the GoLife vacations and we gotta say ; the service, the room quality and the overall experience is a true 5/5. We rode across Himachal and couldn’t have asked for a better stay to relax back at Manali. The showers never run out of hot water, the hygiene is top notch and the food is fab too. Very impressive service and location isn’t far away from Mall Road (1.5 kms from the bus stop and Mall Road) We got the balcony room with a fab view. They have a beautiful rooftop as well to unwind and look over the city.

Had a fantastic stay at Genial Mount in their Rohtang View room. The view was stunning ,cozy and well-equipped. Large balcony with awesome view . The food was delicious, with a great variety to choose from. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Manali!

The hotel was not up to the standard I expected. The room was dirty, with stained carpets and a bathroom that clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. Additionally, the amenities advertised were either missing or in poor condition.What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the hotel owner. Despite raising these issues with the staff, the owner was unresponsive and dismissive. It was evident that they did not prioritize guest satisfaction or take feedback seriously.I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. There are many other places that offer better service and genuine care for their guests.

I will gave 10/10. Location no 10. Full of views. Snowy mountains view from rooms. My trio for 4nights, spend 2 days in hotel only, rooftop is great . We enjoy bonfire n music

Located in a pristine yet central location the resort made our stay special. The staff were most helpful and courteous. We were welcomed well and looked most professionally by all. Thanks Priyanka Duty Manager and Gansham in the restaurant deserves special mention
