Royal Park Resorts and Spa, Manali (A River side Resort)

Hotel location is very beautiful. Room are also good and balcony in the Room has a view of River and Mountain with ICE layers. Food is also delicious. Very nice place to stay with family while exploring Manali. Staff is also very supportive.

Hotel location is very awesome, there is a river backside of the hotel which you can see from your hotel rooms. And there is lawn in the hotel where your kiddos have fun. Hotel room is good and spacious and there is small bad near the window from where you can enjoy valley view and feel the rhythm of river.

Rooms are good And spacious hotel is spacious. Service is average. Location is away from attractions and markets so it's difficult to find local conveyance. You will not find any restaurant up to 1 or 2 km. You have to depend on hotel food and food hygiene is very poor so you need to be extra cautious. We found hairs in food and smell and reported the same but the staff isn't much bothered as they deal with new customers every day so they don't care if people complain as they know we will not come back and we are not their permanent customer and this will not affect their business. But to take care of your health you must be careful.

Incredible service from this hotel. Must stay in this resort when your are in manali. Food service is best that I ever seen.

Very worst hotel and restaurant...very rough and rude nature.... disgusting services infact the food is like even the animals would also not eat it....infact they are serving us staled food.....😶🫤 Very bad...very worst hotel....very bad services....very bad staff nature.....very bad food.. Never try.....if u want to save ur money and trip fun never try itttttt

Great location with very nice views from luxury rooms, very good service and really good food at the buffets. Variety of foods in buffets was small but appropriate to the price (300 for Breakfast and 400 for dinner per person) But the food was really delicious and nicely prepared and very fresh. The food in room service was also very good. Service was quick and efficient. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Manali if you have a budget of 3k to 4k per night per room. The activity room or gym can use a bit of an upgrade or repairs as the snooker table is in bad shape and so is the table tennis table. But no one goes on vacation to play snooker or table tennis so they can pretty much do away with them if you ask me.

The worst hotel i have seen ever in name of luxury they are giving the worst room manager was too rude ac is not working full room is with dust no cleaning at all after calling so many times no services is given I will never recommend this hotel quilt and pillows are stinking like hell they even dont have handwash in washroom there is many things to mention pointing the main pointers Never book this hotel this is recent review on 8 nov 24

Room service is horrendous. Even after calling several times you won't get the needed toiletries. Very poor in hospitality. The wifi doesn't work. To get only 2 water bottles I had to call them at least 5 times and even told them personally at the reception, still they were so lazy to get 2 water bottles. When checked in the rooms were so smelly. The chairs in the room are so old and shaky that they can break easily anytime.
