Great hotel. Fantastic service The accommodation was immaculate, quite roomy, and equipped with everything we needed, especially a wonderful view of the mountains. There were lots of options and a nice breakfast. Not only were the staff members at reception incredibly helpful with check-in and check-out, but they also provided directions to several locations. It's at a wonderful location—close to the Central bus station. I would absolutely stay again if I returned to Manali and would suggest it to friends. A special thank you to Mr. Sanju and Mr. Manish, the hotel staff member who was incredibly helpful and always had a smile on his face. If you want the best view of the Manali mountains, I would suggest staying at this hotel.

It was wonderful staying there. Best rooms, great food and very friendly staff. The snow covered peaks views from the room once you open the curtain are awe inspiring.

Over all worst experience...of 2 days stay..smelly rooms. .muddy water .tv not working.. electric kettle not provided..but the worst thing ..at the the time of checkout they made a bill of 3000 extra. For the food they provided in the boofey which was free in our package and 2000 for the useless room decoration which was given complimentary....so. don't go there they are totally frod

Except for the location and view there is nothing good about this place, the entire mattress was filled with bugs, flush doesn't work, muddy water and sometimes no water, irresponive staff, completely unhygienic rooms, when questioned they blame the customer and state it's common for bugs in this area, in 10 days tour never faced issue with other hotels, management needs to address the needs of the customer instead of blaming them.. wouldn't refer anyone to this hotel, had to face a lot of issues travelling with family and kids
