Disappointing Experience – Not Worth It We booked this hotel through a travel agency, and the experience was far from satisfactory. On the first day, we were given a room on the ground floor with a small, outdated, and dirty washroom. After raising a complaint, we were shifted to a room on the first floor the next day, which was better. The major issue occurred when we handed over the room key to the reception for cleaning. Upon returning, we found that half a bottle of whiskey was missing. When we reported this, the staff denied any wrongdoing, which was very disappointing. The food was average at best, and the view from the room was nothing special. The hotel’s 3-star rating feels like a myth—it deserve 1 star. Many of the positive reviews online seem questionable. Additionally, the location is 3 km away from Mall Road, which was inconvenient. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Choose wisely!

You absolutely have to visit this hotel Incredible food, incredible service, beautiful atmosphere and the friendliest staff. Legitimately the highest quality food I've had in a very long time. They exude passion in everything they do and it's very obvious to see. Highly recommended

Best accommodation of my life.. hotel president is full 5/5 from my side.. Mr upendra from sevice department is really good human being.. if i visited next time manali then hotel president will be my 1st choice..

Manager ! Oh he is quite an egoist & rude one. His behavior was totally unexpected. Rooms were not clean. We found hairs in bed as well as in paratha also 😅

The hotel was very descent and nearby to the mall road. The staff were very well mannered and hospitable. The location is also very scenic, beautiful and the connectivity is also very good. Mall road was 1 KM approx distance from the hotel. The food was tasty and affordable. We enjoyed staying at this hotel peacefully.

Very good place to stay for a family. Their hospitality is great. Well maintained rooms. Food was awesome for both breakfast and dinner. Evening yummy snacks also provided on request and additional cost. Car parking place also available. You will also get a nice valley view from the room. Highly recommended. There service is too good. We couldn't find even a single drawback from Hotel side during our stay. Special thanks to Amrish who did a great job 😊

I stayed in this hotel from date of 6th Jan to 8 Jan 2024..and I suffer worst behaviour of Staff and Owner Mr. Vivek also..the room heaters are not working properly and he can't listen to his guest..washroom gizer was not Working well..The Staff Behavior with Me is completely not acceptable for any Guest..the rude language is not acceptable for Guest. And the owner is Backing his Staff as well. THE PRESEDENT HOTEL is not good for and plan for Manali..I advice all to do not stay in this hotel for any plan.Complete Worst Experiance.
