very terrible hotel . I have not experienced this kind of behavior in any hotels I have stayed in my whole life. rooms are not as shown in pics hotel staff is pathetic. you have to pay for basic amenities extra and even then you will not be provided services . I would suggest to not book this hotel at any cost .. very bad experience

The hotel refused to serve food past 10 pm, completely overlooking the fact we were stuck in traffic. The food served was stale and oily. The hotel bathroom did not have any shower, it only had a bucket with NO MUG. I had resort to using a disposable cup to have bath. Wouldn’t recommend the hotel.

Had the worst experience with this hotel. The staff is rude. They don't give basic facilities like towels and soap until you ask for 3-4 times. We stayed for 2 days and TV was not working. Food was not good so much so that we had dinner and breakfast in our package but we had it outside. Even the owner and his wife were rude and threatened us when we complained. Last but not the list the bill was denied and they gave calculation written on a paper

Worst hotel in manali, Cockroaches in room, shower and taps broken, hotel manager and staff behave like goons and always looking for a chance of scamming customers|They keep asking for extra charge for every thing and food is not good paneer was smelling bad it was almost 7-9 days old|And also worst tea experience |Tea was like water

Very bad behaviour of owner. Ones we book from Delhi but after reaching at Manali after one day they force me to change hotel because room was not empty and one big group come over there||Please don't go in this hotel in Manali||

Hotel staff are local goons, they will fight with you for every single thing , please don't com to this hotel you will regret. Hotel wala bohot bura hai baat baat meh marne ko ata hai. Food bohot ghatiya hai

Our visit was of three nights in June months 17-19June 2022. We stayed here in Monarch Hotel. Rooms are bad looking and view from rooms are also not good ||As shown in view||||During our stay we faced lot many troubles every day. One day they didn't change towels ,pillow cover,buckets ,they give us old towels and torn,pillow cover with torn bed sheet,||||The staff was so much lazy not give us proper response,||Hotel MD mrs.Shakil behave in igo,don't listen us of any problem after talking with us giving not proper responce ,||So much rude।||We feel there so much irrespective manners from staff and Md||||He told us on call in pacakage all local sight seen in visit but in hotel he refused to go Manikaran in local sight seen ,and he charged money for all local sight seen,thus like so much nonsence Faculty we found there,||||in future i will not advise anyone to visit in this hotel
