Nice hotel.Good service.Nice staff.Balcony view was just amazing.Riverside hotel with beautiful view.Mall road was nearby.You have to pay extra for room heater.Lift is there.If needed you can book cab from the hotel itself for visiting different places.people are nice.

I stayed here 8 years back...i was small then, but i really liked the place, our room balcony jad a river flowing just beneath it, it was a very wonderful experience here...the food was also nice i remember, idk about the condition of this hotel now, but it was really nice then.

This hotel makes our Manali trip more beautiful. I am truly recommend this hotel. Balcony view is marvellous.

I stayed there for three days and the overall experience was just awesome. The balcony view of this hotel is just amazing, i would highly recommend you to stay here if you are coming to Manali. The staffs are very polite and humble in nature. Hotel food is also very tasty and well cooked. It's very near to Mall Road and old Manali.

The staff at this hotel is abusive and disrespects the tourists. They lure you in with false room prices, ask you to get in the cabs run by them, and charge an extra amount for the cab even. Once you arrive, they tell you a different price, and if you don't agree to pay more, they misbehave, resort to threats, and even get physical. You won't feel safe around these people. The atmosphere is of course not family-friendly, and they can ruin your experience of the beautiful place that Manali is. Avoid this hotel for a better stay elsewhere. You can find good hotels nearby.

Hotel is normal lunch and dinner is good according to price but receptionist behaviour is very rude
