Worst hotel i visited ever, don't even think to come here with family. No security, no cctv ...staircase light switched off every time due to which one of my family member fell off and got badly injured.Room heater,geysers also not working properly. Room service also worst, asking for tea at 7 a.m. they replied 'are time dekha hai, 9 bje ke phle kuch nhi ' . Food quality is also not good, found stone in rice. In 1 line - dharmshaala is better then this fraud hotel

Location of this hotel is something that I liked most. I was given a family suite in new hotel building that was just behind the main hotel building. It was specious. One can have a 360 degree view of hotel premise and surrounding area. Open balcony was a plus. Staffs were really cordial. Manager was just a gem of persona.

Don't go with offline bookings. They will treat u like a slaves. If u book in the offline they will provid ground floor room without view point. In that room red color water comes in the wash rooms. They will provide North Food only, food is Good. Service also good, if we order any thing they will bring quickly.

Very good hotel to stay in Aleo area, it is one of the oldest hotel functional in Manali with all modern amenities. The staff is super friendly and helpful and comes back quickly with all you need. The food is great and the kitchen operates full time with their menu. The hotel also has a museum with it, and permission can be taken at the reception area for visiting..

We had a marvelous stay in Manali at the Shambhala Hotel Manali. Wonderful interiors, very good service and some excellent dining too. Fortunately everything about the hotel was exceptional, and I don't give praise lightly. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Very reasonably priced too for a luxury hotel.I could go on but suffice it to say I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Hotel is located about 1 km from famous Mall Road. Staff is really co operative and also provides good guidance. Rooms are clean and neat but has no heater, one need to pay extra for that. Hot water is provided using solar. Breakfast is average and there is no variety 2-3 variations. For dinner one need to order prior. Buffet is also available for dinner.

Best service i got in this hotel the staff is very polite and helpful. Its a best stay for family rooms are very neat and clean. Also very comfart I would like to stay again when I came again here

Good place to visit. You will get fine room service. Breakfast is so so,but i can say that dinner is much better. 24 hr room service available. You can get nearby local market for anything you want to purchase either milk,bread, butter etc. Nearby to hotel you can get tempo for mall road market @100 rs around cost for 5 person. Hot water,laundry service etc all mentioned are true sevices provided here. In the last i just want to say if you are planning for cheaper hotels this one could be your good choice.
