Hayer Regency - Manali

Amazing hotel with breathtaking views and amazing food and service. The service and staff were amazing. Specially the staff was very polite and helpful, the staff never hesitates to any requests and they go out of the box to help you. 10/10 for all the things. They made our stay memorable and comfortable.

Very bad service … you need to wait for 3-4 hours to get your room even if you have booked it 1 month prior to your visit. Very unprofessional staff they will keep on saying to wait for 10 mins for everything. Please don’t book this

As a 3 star didn't like the period of my stay. Don't take breakfast and dinner and lunch as a package because it's disappointing, they have all item like restaurant but they will charge extra and offer you in breakfast items bread butter/Jam, Chola bhatura and halwa that's it no juice and dinner me b 4 items bus ... non veg dinner n all me nahi dete bus available hai on extra charges this is something annoying after accepting 3 star hotel ... te hui khane ki baat ... ab agar room loge and thand lagi to basic amenities me heater include nahi hai wo b chaged 500 per night matalab had Hai......mall road se 4 -5 Km dur Hai...Mera experience to khas nahi na khane me and na hi rooms me basic room with road view 😅 Kam se Kam valley view b na dete so soch smjh ke please

We stayed in Hayer Regency for 3 nights. Perfect location, beautiful view and all the facilities were up to the standards. All Hotel staff were very friendly and polite.

Rooms are decent , service and hospitality are very excellent.staffs are very cooperative. About food..it's very delicious and fresh. Only Veg options available.
