OYO 13356 Himachal Heights

Pathetic experience, owner looks simple. But very liar guy. Breakfast was bad but dinner veg was good. You have to wait for breakfast and ask for every thing. Owner made only false promise. View was not good. Dont go if you want good nature views|

Fantastic rooms with clean and hygienic atmosphere. New property with enthusiastic staff. Needs some minor improvements in terms of service. But a good place worth a night stay. Serves good breakfast

Very nice clean and good hotel @ reasonable price. We can see snow laden mountains from balcony. Food is delicious.staff is humble and cooperative.||||Very near to city center and accessible||Recommended for couples, families.

The room is nice....But no fan ( I know it's a cold place...but come one Without a fan or AC? ....air circulation is must, innit?) Sand the breakfast inuded package just have a potato paratha with pickle....yeah just pickle.....

Need to improve their hospitality services i stayed there for three days and not even a single day they have cleaned the room not even when we asked for the housekeeping service.

It is soo beautiful.. soo clean.. staff behaviour is soo gud!! And the view balcony is just amazing
