Hotel Snow bird

Never visit this hotel.It is the worst hotel I have ever visted . The room services were so bad . Even the facilities are so poor . The honour is so rood and not at all cooperative . Food is of bad quality and utensils are not clean . We have asked so many times for basic facilities like towels , slippers and clean water in room and shops in bathroom . Even hand towel is not in bathroom . The bathrooms are in so bad condition like the buckets are not clean and bath tubs are broken and drainage was not proper. Prices are so high according to their facilities. In the name of born fire they just burn the wood even they were not sensible to arrange music and chairs .I request NOT to visit this hotel if you want a nice and calm trip in Manali.

Worst Experience! Never ever book this hotel. It's a loss of your money...we visited to your hotel 1 june 2024 for 3 days 2 nights day. we decided to write a complain letter about your hotel because it was not up to the mark. The staff over here is not cooperative they don't know how to talk to customers. We have booked 4 rooms for 15 people and As I asked for hot water they are Suggesting us ideas about how can 16 people bathe together in 1hour from 6-7am in winter's minus 1 degrees. They provided us towel which are wet and they Also Dont have Blankets... They lights in the room stopped working. And it's just been one hour and a loads of complaints. They have some idiotic boiler System. In chilled weather they didn't provide kettle Staff is unprofessional. It just looks good from outside but from inside it's worst than a 3rd graded lodge...we went in hotels backyardAs they promised to give bonfire with music but they didn't fulfilled.food was not good it was smelly and the cheese was not fresh and the chapatti was too hard, we were fed up and went to the desk so they told that butter roti is not provided..and then they served chapatis after the 10 -10minute break and we ended up starving. Also the manager was so rude in speaking and unapologetic for their service Worst Staff Worst Rooms And Worst experience. They don't even deserve 1 star!

Worst service provided by the hotel We had bad experience. Total wastage of money Food service was very slow and taste also not good. Toilets condition was worst.. even after room cleaning they didn't provide the service

Worst hotel experience. The hotel staff was pathetic and no cooperation from their side. The hotel don't offer even mineral water at the starting and they were charging me for putting a stain on their bedsheets ehich was a very small stain. The food was bad and the breakfast was even worst. The RO water was not clean and overall room was not good at all

Visited a few days back The best view from the room can see hills with snow from the gallery. We are vegetarian and as compared to outside food it's good and tasty even lunch is also good. UPI accepted by them so no worries. Outside close to the market so I can buy chips etc. They give warm water to drink on request free of charge

Review: I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience! The facilities were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. A special shoutout to the hotel manager, Rajesh Ji, who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. His professionalism and hospitality truly made our trip memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
