Worst expirence ever in my life .I booked from a travel company and it ruined my trip.firstly they denied my booking,later gave me a room where bathroom was overflowing with water,no hot water.its a very old building from inside and don't have lift,furnitures are all damaged and old pattern.very unhygienic property.staff is less and behavior of the manager is rude.will charge u the whole amount in advance,so u can't leave this property.on duty hours the staff work drunken,and fight with u if u complain for anything that was committed.the property doesn't look the same as in picture,so before booking a stay becareful.its nt a 3 star property at all

Booked through GoIbibo and paid in advance. Denied check in after reaching the hotel as they said that they don't have any idea how you are booking us online as we are fully booked since the last three days. Staff was rude and barely paid any attention to the fact that I have a booking voucher. They did this just to keep the rooms vacant for people who are willing to pay double the online booking price as this is the peak season. I have never in my life faced such an issue at a hotel, would advise fellow travellers to avoid this hotel at any cost as business ethics always matters and god knows what they can do to you for extracting more money.

I had a great experience staying at Hotel Chandra Palace Manali. The hotel premises are simply the best in the vicinity. The rooms are nicely furnished with superb ambient lighting. We also had great barbecue and bonfire sessions during night-time. I would definitely give it 5 stars and it would be my go to place every-time I plan a visit to Manali In Hotel Chandra Palace.

It was quite comfortable environment with beautiful scenery through door steps and balcony, staff service and behaviour was good and understood the problems.
