Prem cottage manali

Perm cottage came as a surprise to us, who were a large group looking for a place to rest at 2am after a very long drive. The owner and the helpers were very helpful and we had a chance to cook ourselves. The rooms were neat and clean, well maintained and spacious. You might miss the small lane that leads to the property, so look out for the Indian oil petrol pump in Aleo and the lane is right next to it.

We were a group of 14 on a road trip to Leh from Pune. Got to know about Prashant's Prem cottage through an agent around 2 am when we arrived in Manali without any booking. To our surprise we got a great accommodation at Prem Villa, which we would not have got even in any 5 star resort. Well Maintained rooms with clean linen and bathrooms. Total 7 rooms and huge drawing rooms in both the floors. Also a well laid out kitchen. Since we had 4 cars, parking was bit of a problem but being in a hill station like Manali, you can't have it all. Very helpful and attentive staff and a cool and cooperative host in Prashant. Highly recommended for families.

The place has local architecture. It is neat and clean. There is no noise pollution. The house is in the midst of mountains. It is a child friendly place. In summers, the garden is blooming with different types of flowers. I saw many different types of birds as well. The owners are helpful and friendly. Highly recommended place.
