It was the great experience for me...The hospitality and service was amazing and the food was outstanding there... The view also increased the beauty of the hotel and increased the overall experience... I would say it's best place to stay with your family or friends...

We are coming from yogi raj travel from Gujarat .. we are coming from 60 person for couple kitchen group. Hotel monarch residency is one of the best hotel in Manali for group .. very good kitchen space and dining hall .. dj group spaces and mall road oy walk-in distance .. we are suggesting to all gujrati group mist be visit onece .. thans hotel monarch residency Manali staff...

This is one of the best hotel in entire Manali, with affordable price & good facilities like cleaning, serving & fooding. Mr. Shakeel (owner) & his entire staff's behaviour is very good.

i have visited manali in october with 4 person and we are so happy to stay at hotel monarch residensy at new manali. hotel owner mr. shakeel & his staff is very helpfull & polite. this guys made our trip very special. so visit manali & stay at hotel monarch residency & make ur trip joyfull

Service provided by the staff was excellent. The hotel is also pet-friendly, so we had no issues as well. Would recommend it again!

The staffs behaviour was very terrible, horrible.. we have never experienced in any hotel in our entire life. If you seriously wanna go there then you think allways remember this. AND you don't want ruin your memorable moments please dont visit such hotel...They don't provide cleanliness after saying again and again. They are provide used bedsheets and pillow cover. You don't get well behaved staff I don't think it will worth your experience and time. Don't visit there if you don't want to ruin your vacation... Thank you

The staffs behaviour was very terrible, horrible.. they are always ready to attempt misbehave and attempt to murdering mood. Staffs shows the sword as admonishers. Also take up the hands on tourists and attack to tourist along with together. Because when they are requested that one toilet given to for ladies refreshing when check out processing is happening and when normally altercation will happening. SImply I say it was the worst experience i.e. we have never experienced in any hotel in our entire life. If you seriously wanna go there then you think allways remember this.
