Staff members is very nice I want to share my experience that one day my door is open from inside during sleep but staff Mr Rohit very genuine guy he informed me that our door is not locked from inside.. Mr Rohit is very genuine and helpful in nature

Worst service a hotel can provide Fake and misleading with their prices The person at reception was changing his prices for the heater even after we have informed him that we have confirmed all the things via call before checking in. We have stayed here for 4 days and took heater for 3 days only that too we had to request for a heater several times, broken kettle was given, cupboard was smelling bad, people here are not cooperative at all when asked for bill they said they do nit provide any bills as well. The internet is also a toss here.

I have stayed at this property in feb 2024, and the hotel is perfect, Rooms, bathroom & bed are maintained, clean and comfortable… location is peaceful and away from the noise of town…just 1.5 km from mall road and next to Hidimba Temple.. Mountain view from the balcony is awesome..

The location of the hotel is away from the crowd and traffic, it’s peaceful. The rooms are neat and clean, the washroom is up to the mark. The manager was quite helpful. The food is pretty decent, and they will try their best to modify it for your taste. The view from the hotel is splendid. Although, I would suggest to go for top floors, the view can be constricted for some lower floors because of construction.

The location is great. Located right beside the Hidimba temple, the location is nested in nature yet not too far away from the major attractions. Mall road is just a short walk away. Offers a great mountain view as well from the terrace!

Hotel and hotel service was not at all good. They don't have lift in their property also they have specific timings for each meal and you can't order anything past that time. After 10pm you'll have no one in the hotel to even give you a glass of water. Stayed there for 2 days and regretted the decision to book this hotel. The only best thing about this hotel is the location.
