Value for the money... The owner is very friendly and supportive, the staff are very humble, the rooms are neat and clean, the food tastes really good... They arranged a cab with a reasonable price to explore in and around manali. Such a nice experience...

It was an amazing experience to stay at this hotel. Owner of this hotel Mr. Kunal Sharma is very humble and helpful in every aspects. He facilitate the transport options on the day we arrived and arranged pick up early in the morning, after we arrived at Manali. He did extend his support to book cabs to reach our trek base camp and to Chandigarh airport enroute home. Trust me the rates were reasonable compared with travel bookings services. Food is tasty and worth it. Rooms are clean and service is commendable. Every ask was served within 30min. Location wise it's just a 5 min walk to the Mall road. One can also access bike rentals at the corner of both sides of this hotel, along with other amenities. They also own another property Hotel Mountain Pearl and it's quite luxurious too, with minimum spend. If you are looking for a pleasant stay, I recommend this too. I shall never look for other options with my next visit.

This hotel is conveniently located near Mall Road, within easy walking distance, offering a comfortable and decent accommodation option. While it may not boast luxury amenities, it excels in providing an excellent dining experience. The breakfast and dinner served here are outstanding.

Worst experience ever . All staff and manager behaviour is very bad.food is ok ok but services & responsibility is very bad even no any fan or ac in my room and room lock not good it's broken ,I have to ask so many times for everything and but no any response

Stayed a night in this property. Room was clean but no water in washroom. Food quality is not good. Room service is not good. Location is perfect near to Rotary chowk.
