Hotel New Rohtang Inn

If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. My experience at Rohtang Inn was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment we checked in, it was clear that customer service is not a priority at this establishment. To start with, the hotel refused to provide us with basic amenities like two towels for two guests sharing a room. It's beyond ridiculous to have to argue for something so simple. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to charge us for a bottle of water that we never ordered or consumed. It felt like a deliberate attempt to loot customers at any opportunity. They refused to provide spoons in room service, needed to stir sugar in water. The lack of basic services continued when we requested assistance with our luggage. Despite informing the staff at check-in that we would need help in the morning, there were no bell boys available to help us. The hotel doesn’t even have an elevator, so I had to carry my luggage down two floors by stairs all by myself at 6:45 am. This level of disregard for guest comfort and convenience is unacceptable. But the real cherry on top was the attitude of the manager. He was shockingly arrogant and completely incapable of handling even the simplest of customer concerns. His behavior was disrespectful, making an already frustrating situation even worse. In summary, Rohtang Inn is a poorly managed hotel with terrible service and rude staff. There are plenty of other options in Manali, and I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from this place. Save your money and your sanity—avoid Rohtang Inn at all costs.

Most horrifying experience at this so called hotel. The staff was extremely rude, arrogant,misbehaved and even threatened to engage in fist fight when told not to charge for something not ordered in room service.we were refused even basic amenities like drinking water saying that kitchen was closed. Only one towel provided for 2 people sharing the room,no toiletries in room, have to request again n again just for soap in room, refused to give spoons even though lunch, tea etc were ordered from room service,were forced to consume and charged for the food items sent deliberately in room even without ordering. The staff refused to carry luggage from 2 nd floor at time of check out and we were forced to carry our own luggage to the parking from 2nd floor since no lifts in hotel even though staff was informed at time of check in itself that we would be checking out at 6.30 a.m. Overall it was a harrowing experience and we ran for our lives when staff threatened to engage in a fight even after paying for what we didn't order. My advice would be to stay away from this place if u care for ur life and dont want to ruin ur holidays. Stay some place else, stay safe.the staff just doesn't know the meaning of customer service,instead r more focussed on extracting money from customers illegally.

I had great experience. Great rooms and clean washrooms. Though service could have been better as no water bottles were provided and they didn't give normal water even after asking many times. But locations is good, rooms and toilets are clean. Great for 1000₹/night

I always feel like coming home to this property new Rothang inn, and have no words to describe its comfortable stay services. It was immense pleasure while staying in there. Would like to recommend this property to everyone even for those who visits Manali for leisure and work from mountains, it’s a wonderful property. It’s in-house food 5/5, room service 5/5, staff behaviour 5/5 even they went on extra miles to ensure that we don’t face any trouble regarding cabs and bus tickets.

Lovely hotel to stay. Only one problem is lift is not available but that is not the issue. Things hotel can give you great view. Very near to mall market.

This hotel has a fraud staff. They will charge you for hot water too. They will force you to pay by cash only. Hotel is worth for 1000 rs per night but they will charge you more beware of such hotel. No electricity backup. No kettle in room Chargeable hot water Do not book this hotel

Nice hotel to stay in the middle of the town, close to mall road. Rooms are clean and nicely build, quick room service and kitchen available in the hotel to order food. I would recommend this hotel because of the cleanliness and affordable price

I stayed here during our spiti bike ride 2021 ...Near Mall road manali and market , Clean and spacious rooms , architect with wooden finish give you a five star hospitality feel . They gave me discount as well due to monsoon season . I recommend this hotel .
